Things To Do At Home

The most important thing to do each day is to be active! Maintaining your
health and fitness is a family priority. Here are just a few simple things
you can do each day to help reach and/or maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Walking with a friend or family member.
Go for a bike ride.
Help out with chores around the house.
Dance to some fun and lively music.
Plan a stretching routine that you perform each morning.
See how many skills you can perform with a jump rope.
Do your muscular strength exercise routine we do in class.

So here is just a start. I'll be back at a later date to offer more ideas on
how easy it is to be active!
A BIG thank you goes out to all the parents/students who have been collecting Campbell Soup Labels, Box Tops, Tyson, Home Team and Nestle's Water labels. Because of these efforts and the accumulated points from the Campbell's labels, we have ordered a parachute, mini scoreboard, rubber marking strips for the PE Department and for the playground we ordered some skip-its and cup-ball-catch for use on the playground. Also a BIG thank you to Lisa Smith and the volunteers who have helped with that program. It felt like Christmas a month late!!
Thank you!!!
Saving Soup Labels, Box Tops and Tyson Labels really DOES pay off!
